Please be aware that all delivery times quoted are based on when your order leaves the warehouse and not from the time you originally placed your order. Please understand that all in store items have various shipping methods. For example, if you pay for standard 3-5 working days delivery method but need the items delivered sooner and don’t select express 1-2 working days then there will be additional charges to upgrade the order.
In the unfortunate event that a product cannot be delivered within the quoted timescale, whether this be due to stock issues, faulty goods or severe weather conditions we will contact you to make you aware and give you the opportunity to change your order or cancel.
We offer various delivery methods, and the courier responsible for delivery will depend on what you order and where your order is being delivered to.
What happens if you miss your delivery on your order?
All Royal mail orders will be delivered via normal post. If you miss delivery for a Royal Mail order, you will have to collect from your local depot. Normally a card will be left for you with the collection information, however sometimes this card can be missing so please contact your local depot directly before messaging us.
